Created by Dr Sarita Robinson with the support of the Cameron Grant Memorial Trust
Hello, my name is Dr Sarita Robinson and I am on a mission to help people stay happy and healthy. We all know that activities like playing football, dancing or going for a run can keep our heart and muscles healthy, but we can be less sure about how we can keep ourselves feeling happy and relaxed. That’s why I have put together some science-based tips which you can use to look after your wellbeing. I also love superheroes and so I have included some examples of how superheroes look after their mental wellbeing. Click on the buttons below to find out what helps Thor feel better after the fall of Asgard, how the Hulk copes with feeling anxious and how Batman deals with the stress of being a superhero.
There are lots of other helpful websites that can give you some additional information on how to look after your mental wellbeing. Do check them out.
